Service Cancellation Policy

At Nexus Infradev India, our cancellation policy is structured to account for the specialized nature of construction and consultancy services:

  • Booking & Advance Payments: Any booking amount or initial advance paid to initiate the project is non-refundable. This amount covers administrative costs, site inspections, and initial resource mobilization.
  • Project Phase Cancellation: Since construction projects are executed in milestones, a client may request to halt the project at any stage. However, payments for any completed or ongoing milestones (work-in-progress) must be cleared in full, and no refunds will be issued for completed phases.
  • Material Supply (B2B): Orders for building materials can only be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch. Once the material has been dispatched or delivered to the site, no cancellation or return requests will be entertained.
  • Architectural & Design Services: Once the design process or site survey has commenced, payments made towards architectural floor plans, 3D renders, or structural drawings are strictly non-refundable due to the intellectual labor involved.
  • Right to Terminate: Nexus Infradev India reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if the client fails to adhere to the agreed payment schedule, violates terms of the agreement, or if the site conditions are found to be legally non-compliant.
