The maximum cashback per successful referral conversion is based on the project value as follows:

2. Benefits for Referee (The Person Getting Referred)

- The voucher is only valid until 30th October 2028.
- The Referee becomes eligible for the voucher only upon payment of 8% of the overall project value or the start of construction, whichever is earlier.
3. Key Terms & Conditions
- Successful Conversion: A project is considered "successfully converted" only upon the completion of the ground floor slab.
- Payout Timeline: Cashbacks will be processed within two weeks of successful conversion.
- Mode of Payment: All payments shall be made through direct account transfers only.
- Usage Limit: An individual can refer any number of people in a year.
- Operational Area: This offer is only valid in cities where Nexus Infradev India is currently operational.
- Clarity on Offers: Multiple offers cannot be clubbed while seeking a cashback or a discount.
